You tell us the problem
No need to translate it into technical language first. Tell us what you're trying to achieve, what stopped working, or what you're planning to build.
Home How it works
We stay with the problem until the environment works — understanding the requirement, coordinating the technology, getting it implemented, and staying reachable afterwards.
01 The short version
However big or small the requirement, it moves the same way: you describe it, we map it, we carry it through.
No need to translate it into technical language first. Tell us what you're trying to achieve, what stopped working, or what you're planning to build.
Servers, network, cloud, backup, hardware, applications and vendors get treated as parts of one requirement — not as five separate tickets.
Sourcing equipment, configuring systems, troubleshooting, coordinating vendors. The goal is a working environment, not a recommendation document.
Most of what breaks in a small business network isn't one broken thing — it's two things that were never introduced to each other.
See it in real situations02 From first message to handover
Here’s what actually happens after you get in touch — what we ask of you, what we do, and what you have in your hands at the end of each stage.
You
Tell us what’s going on, in your own words — what you want to achieve, what has stopped working, or what you’re planning.
We
We read it properly, ask the questions you didn’t know to answer, and usually set up a short call.
You end up with: A clear, shared statement of the problem.
You
Share what you run today, or let us take a look: servers, network, cloud, backup, hardware, vendors and who looks after what.
We
We trace the dependencies between those pieces and spot the gaps — including the ones nobody has mentioned yet.
You end up with: A plain-language picture of what sits behind your requirement.
You
Tell us your priorities, timelines and any limits you’re working within. Ask as many questions as you like.
We
We lay out the options with the trade-offs, say what to buy or change, and put the work in a sensible order.
You end up with: A plan you understand, with the decisions left to you.
You
Stay as involved as you want to be — or hand us the whole thing and hear from us at the milestones.
We
We source what’s needed, configure systems, coordinate vendors and test everything before calling it done.
You end up with: A working environment, not a recommendation document.
You
Come back with questions, changes or new needs. You’ll know who to call.
We
We hand over with notes you can actually use, and remain reachable — with ongoing support if you want it.
You end up with: Someone who picks up the phone after go-live.
03 We think beyond the ticket
If users can't reach something, the cause might sit in the server, the network, DNS, the firewall, the database, a cloud resource or the application environment itself. Our job is to follow the issue across those layers until the real dependency shows itself.
The same thinking applies to projects. A new office isn't "Wi-Fi setup" — it's internet, switching, IP planning, racks, power backup, user devices, servers, access, backup and room to grow.
One view of the environment · dependency-aware troubleshooting · vendor coordination · on-premise and cloud together · support after deployment.
Pick a layer to see what we'd check there
CPU, memory, disk pressure, runaway services, patch state and whether the host is doing something nobody asked it to do.
04 What working with us feels like
Technology is the easy part. These are the habits that make the experience good.
No wall of jargon. If we use a technical term, we’ll explain it — and why it matters to you.
You talk to us, not to five vendors. We coordinate the ISP, the hardware supplier and everyone in between.
We bring options and trade-offs, with our recommendation and the reasons. You choose.
Configurations, handover notes and diagrams — so you’re never dependent on one person’s memory.
If something isn’t necessary, we’ll say so. We’d rather you buy what fits than what’s on the quote.
Go-live isn’t goodbye. When something odd happens a month later, you’ll know who to ask.
05 Three ways in
Most conversations start in one of these places. Pick the closest — you can always change your mind on the call.
You’re building, moving or migrating.
New office setup, cloud migration, a server refresh, a network redesign, procurement.
Plan a projectSomething is slow, broken or worrying you.
Slow servers, dropped connections, failing backups, mystery outages — traced to the real cause.
Describe the problemYou want someone to look after it.
Regular care for servers, networks, cloud and backups, by a team that already knows your setup.
Ask about support06 Before you write
You don’t need all of this to get started — rough answers are fine, and “I’m not sure” is a perfectly good answer. It just helps us reply usefully the first time.
Start the conversationTell us what you're trying to build, fix, migrate, procure or manage. We'll break it down, work out what's actually needed, and get it done with you.
