You tell us the problem
No need to translate it into technical language first. Tell us what you're trying to achieve, what stopped working, or what you're planning to build.
S01 You run the business — we run the infrastructure
From the first cable in a new office to the workloads running in your cloud account, we take responsibility for the infrastructure your team depends on — so one requirement doesn't turn into five phone calls.
Instead of chasing the ISP, the hardware vendor and the server guy separately — you talk to us.
S02 What "we handle it" actually means
We stay with the problem until the environment works — understanding the requirement, coordinating the technology, getting it implemented, and staying reachable afterwards.
No need to translate it into technical language first. Tell us what you're trying to achieve, what stopped working, or what you're planning to build.
Servers, network, cloud, backup, hardware, applications and vendors get treated as parts of one requirement — not as five separate tickets.
Sourcing equipment, configuring systems, troubleshooting, coordinating vendors. The goal is a working environment, not a recommendation document.
Most of what breaks in a small business network isn't one broken thing — it's two things that were never introduced to each other.
See how that plays out in real situationsS03 Everything behind your business
Think of us as the infrastructure layer behind your team, supporting the technology your people quietly depend on every day.
Setup, configuration, patching, services, web environments and performance troubleshooting across Windows and Linux — so the machines everyone depends on stop being a topic of conversation.
Switching, routing, firewall, Wi-Fi, DHCP and IP planning across your offices.
Provisioning, configuring and managing workloads, hosting environments, access and backups across AWS, Azure and GCP — connected back to what you already run on-premise.
VMware and Hyper-V environments, VM provisioning, migration and resource allocation.
Connectivity, network, racks, power backup, user devices and servers — brought together so the space is working on day one instead of week three.
Backups configured, monitored and actually tested, plus restore and disaster-recovery processes you can rely on.
Servers, laptops, switches, routers, UPS, racks and accessories, matched to the actual requirement.
Docker environments, GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines and the infrastructure that moves an application from a developer's laptop to production without drama.
S04 We think beyond the ticket
If users can't reach something, the cause might sit in the server, the network, DNS, the firewall, the database, a cloud resource or the application environment itself. Our job is to follow the issue across those layers until the real dependency shows itself.
The same thinking applies to projects. A new office isn't "Wi-Fi setup" — it's internet, switching, IP planning, racks, power backup, user devices, servers, access, backup and room to grow.
Pick a layer to see what we'd check there:
CPU, memory, disk pressure, runaway services, patch state and whether the host is doing something nobody asked it to do.
S04.1 How a requirement moves
One view of the environment · dependency-aware troubleshooting · vendor coordination · on-premise and cloud together · support after deployment.
S05 What this looks like in real life
These are the four conversations we have most often. You'll probably recognise at least one of them.
We help think through the infrastructure before anyone shows up with a laptop and an expectation.
We work through the layers instead of restarting the first thing that looks guilty.
We bridge what you already run with what you're trying to move — including the parts that quietly depend on each other.
We translate the requirement into components that make sense now and still make sense in two years.
S06 The right skill for the right layer
Infrastructure problems cross technology areas. Each requirement gets handled by the people who work in that area every day.
Tell us what you're trying to build, fix, migrate, procure or manage. We'll break it down, work out what's actually needed, and get it done with you.
S07 Start with the problem, not the technology
You don't need to know the exact server, switch or cloud service before getting in touch. Start with the business need or the thing that's currently going wrong.
New office, server issue, network redesign, cloud project, hardware requirement, backup concern or ongoing support — share the situation and we'll talk through the next step.
